We are a small, values-driven clinic doing psychiatry differently. If you are a clinician or practitioner who has found yourself wanting more – more depth, more collaboration, more room to treat the whole person – we would like to hear from you.
The patient is always the centre. Every clinical decision, every conversation, every referral starts and ends with what is genuinely best for the person in front of us – not what is expedient or conventional.
Integrative practice is not a compromise. We draw on biological, psychological, relational, somatic, and spiritual frameworks because mental health cannot be reduced to brain chemistry alone. We expect the same breadth from our team.
Collaboration makes better clinicians. We are building a team, not a directory. Practitioners here share cases, challenge each other's thinking, and grow together. If you work best in isolation, we are probably not the right fit.
Care for the practitioner matters too. We believe that sustainable, high-quality practice depends on practitioners who feel genuinely supported. We take that seriously as an organisation.
