Common questions

Before you write

A few answers that often help before you start the form.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can contact us directly. We are a private clinic and no referral is needed to enquire or book a consultation.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to respond to every enquiry within one working day (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). Messages sent outside these hours are answered on the next working day.

Can I have a video or in-person consultation?

Yes. Most patients begin with a secure video consultation, UK-wide. In-person appointments are available at our Central London clinic on selected days. You can indicate your preference in the enquiry form.

What if I am in crisis?

We are not a crisis service and cannot provide immediate support. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent mental health support, contact NHS 111 (call 111), Samaritans (116 123), or text SHOUT to 85258.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your enquiry is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law. We will never share your details with third parties without your explicit consent.

How do I know if this is the right clinic for me?

Our Is this right for me? page offers a brief guide. You are also welcome to ask us directly – there is no obligation to book, and we are happy to help you decide before you commit to anything.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

If your enquiry is not an emergency, we may send you a short suitability questionnaire. A clinician reviews your responses before we offer a consultation. Completing it does not create a clinical relationship. If you are in crisis, please use the crisis information on this page rather than waiting for us.

Send an enquiry

The questions help us understand your situation and route your enquiry to the right clinician. Completing the form does not create a clinical relationship. If, after reviewing your enquiry, we need more information before we can decide whether we can offer care, we may send you a short suitability questionnaire.
