We ask that payment is made at the time of booking so that your appointment can be confirmed without delay. Each product below corresponds to a specific service – please select the one you have agreed with your clinician. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
A thorough first appointment covering your full history, current circumstances, and goals. Includes clinical formulation and a clear plan of next steps – the foundation from which all other care is built.
A dedicated first appointment for patients seeking to reduce or stop psychiatric medication. Includes full medication review, clinical formulation, and a bespoke taper plan.
An independent clinical review of your current diagnosis, treatment plan, or medication regime. Provides a written summary with considered recommendations for your records and GP.
Scheduled review to assess progress, refine the care plan, and adjust treatment as needed. Suitable for most routine follow-up appointments.
A focused shorter appointment for straightforward medication reviews, prescription renewals, or brief check-ins where a full 60-minute session is not required.
For complex clinical review, integration of new information, or decisions requiring more time than a standard session allows.
For patients who need clinical attention within a short window – for example, significant withdrawal symptoms, mid-taper difficulties, or an urgent medication concern. Not an emergency service.
Structured clinical interview, standardised diagnostic scales (DSM-5), full written report, and treatment recommendations. Includes a GP letter.
In-depth assessment using recognised diagnostic frameworks. Includes a detailed written report with personalised recommendations and a GP letter.
A single integrated assessment covering both conditions within one clinical framework. Particularly suited to adults who have not found a clear answer from previous single-condition assessments. Includes a comprehensive dual-diagnosis report and GP letter.
Three follow-up consultations covering medication titration, shared care navigation, and GP liaison. Includes a support letter to your GP. Bridges the gap between diagnosis and stable, independently managed treatment.
6 follow-up consultations (60 min each), async clinical messaging, written clinical summaries, and formal discharge. For patients beginning a structured, safely supported taper.
10 follow-up consultations (60 min), midpoint extended review at month 5 (90 min), priority async messaging, written summaries, and formal discharge. For complex tapers requiring closer, longer support.
For processing an agreed repeat prescription requested outside a scheduled consultation. Please confirm with your clinician that a repeat is appropriate before paying this fee.
For employers, insurers, legal professionals, or other clinical correspondence. Preparation begins once payment is received. Please allow up to 10 working days for completion.

Complete payment via Stripe
You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card details are never stored by us.
Receive your confirmation
A payment receipt will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your appointment details will be confirmed separately by our team.
Attend your appointment
Most consultations are conducted online via secure video call. You will receive joining instructions by email prior to your appointment time.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking in order to confirm your appointment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of booking, the appointment may be released to another patient.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant and accepts all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store or access your full card details.

You may request to reschedule your appointment by emailing admin@holisticpsychiatryclinic.com or calling +44 (0)20 7099 5541. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to clinician availability.
The Holistic Psychiatry Clinic does not currently work with private health insurers. All fees must be paid directly by the patient at the time of booking.
Patients wishing to claim reimbursement from their insurer should request a receipt from us and submit it directly to their provider. We are unable to guarantee any level of reimbursement – please check your policy terms before booking.
