Payment is part of the care process

We ask that payment is made at the time of booking so that your appointment can be confirmed without delay. Each product below corresponds to a specific service – please select the one you have agreed with your clinician. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What to expect

Choose the product that corresponds to the appointment or service agreed with your clinician. If you are unsure, please contact us before paying.

Complete payment via Stripe

You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card details are never stored by us.

Receive your confirmation

A payment receipt will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your appointment details will be confirmed separately by our team.

Attend your appointment

Most consultations are conducted online via secure video call. You will receive joining instructions by email prior to your appointment time.

Policies & terms

Everything you need to know

Please read the following before making payment. These policies reflect our commitment to clarity and fairness.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking in order to confirm your appointment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of booking, the appointment may be released to another patient.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant and accepts all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store or access your full card details.

  • Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund, or may be rescheduled at no cost.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may incur a partial charge at the clinic's discretion.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, normally incur the full appointment fee – unless due to an unavoidable emergency.
  • Refunds are not issued for completed consultations or assessments.

We review each situation with care and compassion. If you are facing exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly.

You may request to reschedule your appointment by emailing admin@holisticpsychiatryclinic.com or calling +44 (0)20 7099 5541. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to clinician availability.

  • The cost of medication dispensed by a pharmacy is not included in your consultation fee.
  • Repeat prescriptions requested outside a follow-up appointment incur the £55 administrative fee listed above, payable in advance.
  • Administrative fees for reports, letters, or forms requested outside appointments must be paid in full before preparation begins.

The Holistic Psychiatry Clinic does not currently work with private health insurers. All fees must be paid directly by the patient at the time of booking.

Patients wishing to claim reimbursement from their insurer should request a receipt from us and submit it directly to their provider. We are unable to guarantee any level of reimbursement – please check your policy terms before booking.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR).
