Many people arrive here after years of treatment that focused on managing symptoms rather than understanding the person. These pages are for people who sense there must be another way.
"Many people come to us after years of psychiatric treatment that focused on managing symptoms rather than understanding the person — and with a sense that something important about their situation has never quite been seen."
Who we work with
01
People who have tried multiple treatments without lasting benefit — and want a genuinely independent view of what may have been missed.
02
People on long-term psychiatric medication who have never had a proper review — and want to understand whether it is still the right approach.
03
People experiencing significant side effects who have been told to simply tolerate them — and want clinical help finding a better option.

How we work
We take a slower, more reflective approach to psychiatric assessment and treatment. Our consultations are unhurried — typically 75 to 90 minutes for an initial appointment — because we believe a thorough understanding of a person's history is the foundation of everything else.
We are not an NHS service and we are not a volume-based private clinic. We see a small number of patients and invest genuinely in each one. Our goal is always to help people need us less — not more.
All care is consultant-led throughout. You will always see the same psychiatrist.
Take the first step
Book an initial consultation and we will give you an honest, unhurried assessment of what we can offer — and whether we are the right fit for you.
