Initial Psychiatric Consultation (90 minutes)

Price: £525

A comprehensive first appointment to understand your history, current difficulties, and goals. This session focuses on careful assessment, clinical formulation, and agreeing next steps.

Psychiatric Follow-up Consultation (60 minutes)

Price: £375

A scheduled review appointment to reflect on progress, refine the care plan, and discuss treatment options as appropriate.

Follow-up consultation (30 minutes – focused review)

Price: £275

Suitable for brief reviews, medication check-ins, or narrow follow-up questions. Not intended for complex review or new concerns.

Extended Follow-Up Consultation (90 minutes)

Price: £495

Extended follow-up consultation for complex review, integration, and clinical decision-making where a standard follow-up is insufficient.

Adult ADHD Diagnostic Assessment

Price: £1200

A structured assessment for adults exploring possible ADHD, conducted in line with UK clinical standards. This may involve questionnaires, clinical interviews, and collateral information.

Adult Autism Diagnostic Assessment

Price: £1950

A specialist assessment for adults exploring autism, using recognised diagnostic frameworks and clinical judgement.

Repeat Prescription Administration Fee

Price: £45

An administrative fee for processing an agreed repeat prescription. This does not include a clinical review or consultation.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking your appointment. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the appointment may be automatically released to another client. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no cost.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may incur a partial charge at the clinic’s discretion.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, normally incur the full appointment fee, unless due to an unavoidable emergency.
  • The Holistic Psychiatry Clinic reviews individual situations compassionately and may offer partial refunds or credits where appropriate.

You may request to reschedule your appointment by emailing support@holisticpsychiatryclinic.com or calling +44 (0)20 7099 5541. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to clinician availability.

  • If medication is recommended, the cost of medication (as dispensed by the pharmacy) is not included in your consultation fee.
  • Repeat prescriptions requested outside a follow-up appointment incur a £45 administrative fee, payable in advance.
  • Administrative fees for reports, letters, or forms requested outside appointments must be paid in full before preparation begins.

The Holistic Psychiatry Clinic does not currently work with private health insurers.
All fees must be paid directly by the client at the time of booking.
Clients wishing to claim reimbursement from their insurer should obtain a receipt and submit it directly to their provider.

Refunds are not issued for completed consultations or assessments.
If the clinic must cancel an appointment, clients will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

All payments are processed through Stripe, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant.
The Holistic Psychiatry Clinic does not store or access your full card details.
Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR).
