Week 3: Bridging the Identity & Energy Gap

Uncover the invisible gap between your being and your doing. Shift from effortful action to aligned momentum with fewer decisions and more flow. Feel energised as your inner self starts to lead your outer life.

Week 4: Using Language to Create, Not React

Understand the power of language to shape your emotions, actions and systems. Break patterns of self-sabotage by noticing how you speak to and about yourself. Learn to use words as a spiritual and practical tool for clarity.

Week 5: The Power of Sacred Commitment

Go beyond habits and willpower—learn the true strength of inner commitment. Align your word with your values so you stop second-guessing and overthinking. Feel the peace that comes from doing what you say, from a place of wholeness.

Week 6: Integration – Bringing It All Together

Design a simple, sustainable system that reflects your essence—not your ego. Weave together clarity, identity and systems into your daily rhythm. Step into your next chapter grounded, supported and spiritually free.

About Rani...

Dr Rani Bora is a fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, a transformation coach, and the author of How to Turn Stress on Its Head. With a deep passion for helping people unlock their inner brilliance, she brings a wealth of experience in holistic psychiatry and personal development.

Through her own journey of personal growth, Rani has developed a passion for empowering women to build deep inner confidence, helping them overcome self-doubt and unlock their true potential. She is committed to spreading the concept of Mental Wealth—the idea that true mental health comes from tapping into the natural resilience and brilliance we all have within us.

Do I need any prior experience with coaching?

No prior experience is needed! The Inner Freedom Coaching Programme is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’ve had coaching before or this is your first time, the course is structured to guide you step-by-step toward greater confidence and emotional freedom.

What happens after the programme ends?

You’ll continue to have access to the recorded sessions and resources, allowing you to revisit the material whenever you need a refresher. Additionally, you can join a dedicated community of past Inner Freedom participants, where you’ll stay connected with like-minded women and continue growing on your journey. As part of this community, Rani will provide ongoing value by offering exclusive quarterly group coaching sessions, specifically for members of this group.
